The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), located in Miami, Florida, is one of ten Unified Combatant Commands (COCOMs) in the United States Department of Defense. It is responsible for providing contingency planning and operations in Central and South America, the Caribbean (except U.S. commonwealths, territories, and possessions), Cuba, their territorial waters, and for the force of U.S. military resources at these locations. USSOUTHCOM is also responsible for ensuring the militarization of the Panama Canal and canal area.

JTF Bravo is a subordinate command of US Southern Command located at Enrique
Sato Cano Air Base, Honduras.
The flag is purple, with a gold fringe,
and unit emblem in the center:

JTF Guantanamo is a subordinate command of US Southern Command, and is
responsible for detention operations at Naval Base Guantanamo, Cuba. I was
unable to find any definitive images of a JTF GTMO flag, however, two of its
subordinate elements do have them:
Joint Detention Group:

JIATF South is a subordinate command of US Southern Command. It is located at
NAS Key West, FL and is responsible for joint counternarcotics mission in the
Caribbean and Latin America.
You can only see the corner of the flag in
this image (on the right), but it is simple, and should be easy to reconstruct:
